With a passion and commitment to ministry and a diverse professional background, Keaundra brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to church consulting. With over ten years of leadership experience, Keaundra has developed a passion for serving senior leaders and their teams through spiritual insight and practical knowledge. With a comprehensive background in ministry and corporate America, Keaundra's roles have spanned from project manager to executive director, chief of staff, executive pastor, and VP of operations.
Keaundra is pursuing a doctoral degree in the field of organizational psychology, which allows her to merge her passion for mental health and organizational development. Keaundra's educational pursuit enables her to deeply understand the psychology of individuals and apply it to shape church systems, policies, and culture effectively.
